• Lead and deliver CAPEX investment projects in automation and digitalization.
• Support the site-wide automation roadmap across concurrent projects.
• Manage all project phases from concept to handover.
• Be accountable for budgets, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners/suppliers.
• Ensure GMP, HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement technical, efficient solutions.
• Promote innovative automation and robotics to boost productivity.
• Begin with a large-scale CAPEX program, then lead multiple projects independently.
