• Lead and deliver CAPEX investment projects in automation and digitalization, with project volumes ranging from USD 2 million to USD 10 million
• Support the implementation of a site-wide automation roadmap comprising multiple concurrent projects in the drug product area
• Manage all project phases, from concept development, planning, and approval through implementation and handover
• Be accountable for project budgets, timelines, risks, resources, and successful achievement of project objectives
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, as well as external partners and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders to implement technical solutions efficiently and sustainably
• Promote innovative automation and robotics solutions to enhance site productivity, efficiency, and future readiness
• Initially support a large-scale CAPEX program, followed by independent leadership of multiple investment projects

Requirements

• Completed technical education (HTL, master craftsman qualification, bachelor’s, or master’s degree) in engineering, automation technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable discipline
• At least 5 years of professional experience in managing technical or industrial investment projects
• In-depth knowledge of automation and robotics, such as PLC/SCADA systems, AGVs, or comparable technologies
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a complex international environment
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment, along with knowledge of GxP requirements, is desirable
• Experience with large-scale CAPEX, transformation, or digitalization projects in a manufacturing environment is desirable
• Due to the lack of relocation support, applicants should already be able to work in Tyrol, Austria
