The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with internal and external partners, managing budgets and risks, and ensuring GxP compliance. Fluent English is required; experience in regulated pharma environments is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in project management for technical or industrial projects.
• Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound knowledge of managing project budgets, schedules and resources.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and knowledge of GxP requirements (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Support planning, management, and implementation of strategic investment projects in Drug Product Manufacturing.
• Ensure project delivery in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and functionality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, as well as external partners and suppliers.
• Align with local and global stakeholders on project objectives, priorities, and milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, risks, resources, and progress, and initiate appropriate corrective actions in the event of deviations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, compliance, and engineering standards.
• Support technical decision-making, concept development, and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the Engineering organization.
• Support a Senior Project Manager in the planning and implementation of complex engineering projects.
