Eupro AG in Switzerland is seeking a Project Engineer (m/f/d) to manage technical investment projects on a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical site in Valais. Immediate start on a temporary contract through July 2027.

You will lead engineering efforts from concept to handover, controlling scope, timelines and budgets while coordinating with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Validation and HSE teams to ensure compliant execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing GMP-regulated engineering projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead small to medium engineering and capital investment projects from concept to implementation and handover.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables for project success.
• Conduct technical assessments and drive process/equipment improvements.
• Perform feasibility studies for installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, specs, and justification packages.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external contractors to meet plan.
• Monitor progress and address technical or scheduling challenges proactively.
• Support manufacturing operations during upgrades and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Validation and HSE teams.
