Your tasks
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the MCX portfolio, aligned with business strategy and customer needs
- Translate customer, operational and regulatory requirements into product requirements and development priorities
- Drive product lifecycle management from concept through development, release, deployment and long-term maintenance.Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies in FRMCS, 5G, IMS and mission-critical communications
- Work closely with R&D and system architects to define technical direction and ensure product competitiveness
- Ensure product compliance with applicable railway, telecom and cybersecurity requirements
- Contribute to product positioning, value propositions and go-to-market activities
- Support customer facing teams in customer workshops, technical discussions and strategic bid activities
- Represent the company in relevant railway and mission-critical standardization and industry forums where appropriate
Your qualification
- Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Several years of experience in Product Management, System Engineering or Solution Architecture within mission-critical communications
- Experience in mission-critical communication systems
- Strong technical understanding of MCPTT, MCData, MCVideo, dispatching and the 3GPP Mission Critical Services ecosystem
- Good knowledge of IMS architecture, SIP signalling and IP networking
- Experience with railway communication systems, preferably GSM-R and/or FRMCS
- Solid understanding of 3GPP standards and in FRMCS (a plus)
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing complex technical products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

We offer a competitive gross annual salary starting at EUR 70,000 per year. A higher salary commensurate with your actual qualifications and experience is possible.
