You will own performance marketing for the website, manage six-figure monthly budgets, and collaborate with Creative, Product, Brand and CRM to shape the user journey from first click to purchase.

• Be the in-house channel expert to maximize growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Brand, and CRM to craft cohesive user journeys.
• Stay ahead of AI evolution in marketing and bring new tools into the workflow.
• Take initiative on broader growth and marketing projects in a fast-moving scale-up.
