Aleph is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to own and scale paid social acquisition in Austria. You’ll develop, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, with a focus on data-driven decisions and robust tracking.

Fluent German and English are essential, and a track record in ecommerce is required. The role offers flexible hours and remote work, with extensive training and real account exposure across enterprise clients.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across multiple platforms.
• Proven e-commerce performance marketing experience.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken, essential for enterprise clients in Austria.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• Technical proficiency: pixel/setup, Conversion API, server-side tracking, GA4, GTM, solving tracking issues.
• Strong understanding of attribution models, event implementation, and conversion measurement.
• Experience with both prospecting and retargeting campaigns; LinkedIn B2B is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to distill data into actionable recommendations.
• Structured and self-sufficient, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• BI/reporting familiarity: Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
• Basic SQL and/or JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with product feeds, catalog management, or marketing automation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Campaign Management: full responsibility for White Label campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn.
• Primary Contact for White Label Clients: build relationships & identify growth opportunities.
• Full‑Funnel Strategy & A/B Testing: cross-channel strategies & structured tests across funnel stages.
• Prospecting & Retargeting: plan and execute prospecting and retargeting campaigns.
• Tracking Implementation & Technical Troubleshooting: pixel setups, CAPI configurations, server-side tracking.
• Budget Management & Platform Strategy: translate briefs into platform strategies & manage budgets.
• Insight‑Driven Reporting in German & English: client-centered reports with concrete recommendations.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Activation, CSM Hub, Finance, Creative, Content, CRM teams.
