NEVEON seeks a Transformation Office lead to support a group-wide transformation focused on operational, commercial, and organizational excellence aligned with environmental objectives. You will develop roadmaps, manage CAPEX and ROI logic, and integrate sustainability into strategic measures.

You will establish KPI-driven reporting, work with senior management, and prepare decision-ready information for the Executive Committee and Greiner stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Project management experience and ability to drive strategies to implementation.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking for business transformation.
• Experience with reporting frameworks and KPIs.
• Excellent communication across hierarchies and functions.
• Fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Support NEVEON’s transformation and establish the Transformation Office as a competence center for operational, commercial, and organizational excellence aligned with environmental objectives.
• Drive development and execution of strategic initiatives, including roadmaps, CAPEX and ROI logic.
• Assess and integrate environmental relevance and impact into strategic measures.
• Establish transparent tracking via KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Prepare decision-ready information for Executive Committee and Greiner stakeholders.
