Zusammenfassung

NEVEON Holding GmbH is seeking a Transformation/PMO Expert to support the transformation program and establish a dedicated Transformation Office. The role involves guiding strategic initiatives, roadmaps, CAPEX and ROI analyses, and aligning environmental objectives with corporate strategy.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and Greiner Group stakeholders, ensuring transparent KPI tracking and robust reporting.

Your Profile

• Higher technical and/or management education
• Strong experience in project management, reporting and strategy implementation
• Solid understanding of financial and non-financial reporting frameworks
• Knowledge of key business processes (e.g. O2C, S&OP, P2P)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across hierarchies
• Structured, self-reliant and analytical working style with high strategic thinking
• Fluent in English and German
