BRP-Rotax invites a Finance Improvement Project Leader to join our international team. You will drive transformation and continuous improvement within the Finance organization, partnering with General Accounting, EFSSC, and Controlling to boost efficiency and digital innovation.

You will coordinate SAP FI/CO initiatives, prepare decision materials, and lead process optimization across CAPEX, asset management, and travel expenses while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's and Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years in a finance position.
• Experience in project management is a strong asset.
• Advanced SAP FI/CO and Excel skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, execute, and follow up on software projects across General Accounting, EFSSC, and Controlling.
• Prepare business cases and decision materials for Finance leadership.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on software solutions.
• Implement SAP FI/CO projects with Finance IT Coordinator.
• Automate and improve Finance processes through programming initiatives.
• Analyze and redesign processes such as CAPEX planning and travel expense management.
