Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transformational, cross-functional programs within the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team. You will govern budgets, timelines, quality, testing, and readiness to go live, coordinating plans with internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

You will mentor project managers, drive reporting, and manage vendors to enable successful program outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Own project lifecycles including budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program-level risks; escalate as needed.
• Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodology and tools.
• Communicate program-level reporting and status updates.
• Develop and mentor project managers to build organizational capability.
• Provide project reporting via scorecards, status reports, and reviews; lead stakeholder meetings.
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.
• Ensure project completion and readiness to go live; manage external vendors.
