Zusammenfassung

MXP (MarineXchange) is building a professional PMO to govern software projects and transformations. You define standards, methods and templates and train teams to apply them, while personally leading the most demanding programs.

You will oversee the PMO portfolio, ensure delivery across customer implementations and internal initiatives, and drive the GROW transformation program to closure with clear accountability.

Qualifikationen

• Eight or more years in project and programme management in software or technology-driven companies.
• Experience leading a PMO or transformation programme and owning a portfolio view.
• Experience defining and rolling out project management standards.
• Strong training, coaching and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage external development partners and complex budgets.
• Proven judgment applying traditional, agile and hybrid methods.

Aufgaben

• Define the MXP project management standard: lifecycle, phases, gates, roles and templates.
• Establish SOPs for customer implementations, internal projects and modules.
• Lead the PMO portfolio view and transformation programme to closure.
• Train and coach project owners and leads across the organisation.
• Run project quality reviews and health checks with actionable feedback.
• Lead delivery of the most critical, cross-module initiatives end-to-end.
