Zusammenfassung

NEVEON seeks a Transformation Office lead to support a group-wide transformation focused on operational, commercial, and organizational excellence aligned with environmental objectives. You will develop roadmaps, manage CAPEX and ROI logic, and integrate sustainability into strategic measures.

You will establish KPI-driven reporting, work with senior management, and prepare decision-ready information for the Executive Committee and Greiner stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Higher technical and/or management education
• Strong experience in project management, reporting and strategy implementation
• Solid understanding of financial and non-financial reporting frameworks
• Knowledge of key business processes (e.g. O2C, S&OP, P2P)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across hierarchies
• Structured, self-reliant and analytical working style with high strategic thinking
• Fluent in English and German
