Jobgether partners with a German-based team to hire a Senior Software Engineer (Token Factory) for AI infrastructure projects. You will help design and implement platforms supporting large language model workloads at scale, focusing on reliability and performance.

You will work with talented teams across research and engineering in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of critical components from concept to production.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software development in production systems.
• Strong Python and/or Go expertise.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and unit testing.
• Experience building and operating web services and backends.
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and high-load environments.
• Rigorous, methodical approach to complex technical challenges.
• Strong ownership mindset with independent yet collaborative work style.
• Experience in dynamic startup-like environments is valued.
• Experience with language models, NLP, or AI will help.
• Track record of delivering products from concept to production.
• Open-source contributions or notable technical work.
