Job summary

CNT Management Consulting AG in Innsbruck seeks an experienced SAP professional to own incidents, service requests, and small changes within your SAP area. You will work closely with customers to clarify requirements, analyze root causes, and coordinate solutions through implementation and closure.

You will collaborate across SAP modules, Development, Basis, and external partners to keep productive SAP landscapes and stable business processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP experience across at least one core area.
• Willingness to work across modules and collaborate with teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of incidents, service requests, and small changes in your SAP area.
• Clarify requirements with customers, analyze root causes, and coordinate solutions.
• Support and continually improve productive SAP landscapes and processes.
• Collaborate across SAP modules, Development, Basis and partners.
• Document reusable solutions and share knowledge.
