Job summary

CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking a SAP Senior Consultant for a hybrid role in Innsbruck, Graz, Linz, and Vienna. You will manage end-to-end SAP incidents, drive root-cause analyses, and coordinate across SAP modules, development, and external partners to ensure stable, high-impact business processes.

Fluency in German and English is required, with a track record of guiding teams and delivering robust SAP solutions in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of SAP experience and deep expertise in at least one SAP area.
• German and English business fluency.
• Ability to lead complex analyses and customer-critical topics.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex incidents and service requests within SAP.
• Lead root cause analyses and guide solutions through implementation and closure.

These are your tasks:

Take end-to end ownership of complex incidents, service request, provess and customizing questions ad chnages in your specilaist area

Lead root cause analyses, customer-critical topics, escalations and solution decisions through implementation and closure.

Support and further develop productive SAP landscape while ensuring stable business-critical processes.

Coordinate cross functional soltuions across SAP modules, Development, Basis, customers and external partners

Strenghten support quality through reusable standards, mentoring, knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement

What you should bring:

Several years of SAP experience and deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• Logistics: SAP MM and/or SD, additional knowledge of EWM/WM, PM, PS or related logistics modules is an advantage.
• Production: SAP PP and/or QM, strong knowledge of integrated production and logistics porcesses is an advantage.
• Finance: SAP FI and/or CO; additional knowledge of CO-PA or FI-AA is an advantage
• Devlepment & Integration: ABAP, interfaces, SAP BTP, forms, reports and advanced technical troucleshooting

Confidence in leading complex analyses, customer-critical topics, escalations and sustainable solution decisions.

• Broad cross module understanding, clear communication and the ability to guide and mentor colleagues.

Professional competence in the area of integration with SAP modules with the Service Modules

Business fluent in German and English
