Job summary

CNT Management Consulting AG in Innsbruck, Graz, Vienna, Linz and other Austrian locations seeks a SAP Senior Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA transformations and SAP Cloud solutions in a hybrid work model.

You will stay close to customers after go-live, own SAP processes, and continuously improve solutions across functional and technical teams. The role offers extensive training, international projects, and attractive remuneration.

Qualifications

Business fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of complex incidents and service requests; handle process and customization questions in your SAP area.
Lead root cause analyses, customer-critical topics, escalations and solution decisions through implementation and closure.
Support and further develop a productive SAP landscape while ensuring stable business-critical processes.
Coordinate cross-functional solutions across SAP modules, development, Basis, customers and external partners.
Strengthen support quality through reusable standards, mentoring, knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement
