Zusammenfassung

CNT Management Consulting AG in Austria seeks an experienced Consultant/Project Manager for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. You will lead national projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability while planning budgets and resource needs.

The role requires coordination across teams, mentoring junior consultants, and involvement in pre-sales; travel flexibility and openness to agile methods are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Several years as Consultant or Project Manager of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects/programs.
• Initial experience with S/4HANA.
• Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and SAP landscape.
• Experience with SAP Activate; willingness to travel and collaborate (SCRUM/agile).

• Managing, planning and controlling our national SAP projects/programs in the area of HCM and SuccessFactors
• Responsibility for the success of the project in terms of customer satisfaction and profitability
• Scheduling and budgeting, as well as for calculating the costs of the projects

• Active participation in the Competence Team

What your tasks are:

What experience you should have:

Several years as Consultant or Project Manager ofSAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects/programs as well as initial experience with S/4HANA

Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and a good overview of the SAP system landscape

Experience with SAP Activate

Experience in other project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA or Prince2) and interest in agile process models (e.g. SCRUM)

High flexibility and willingness to travel

Interest in open and constructive cooperation

Business fluent in German and English
