Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in social media creative, art direction, or content strategy
• Proven experience translating briefs into social campaigns across multiple platforms
• Experience leading designers, videographers, editors through execution
• Hands-on with AI creative tools for image/video generation and storyboarding
• Strong storyboard and shot-planning abilities with clear visual direction
• Deep understanding of platform-native formats across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Excellent creative writing and concept development skills
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication
• Able to manage multiple client briefs and campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with paid social performance metrics is a plus
• Experience with GCC or MENA markets is an advantage

Aufgaben

• Review client briefs to identify objectives, audiences, brand requirements, and platform considerations
• Develop social media strategies and creative concepts aligned with client objectives and guidelines
• Translate strategy into clear creative direction covering mood, tone, visual treatment, and formats
• Create detailed storyboards and shot breakdowns for designers, editors, and videographers
• Use AI-generated outputs to prototype concepts, mood boards, and pre-visualizations
• Provide precise guidance on scene composition, camera angles, transitions, pacing, and visuals
• Monitor emerging AI technologies to improve ideation and workflow
• Promote AI-assisted processes to accelerate ideation and client turnaround while maintaining quality
• Brief and direct designers and editors with clear guidance
• Review work against brief and strategy, guiding iterations to client-ready outputs
• Coordinate creative timelines with strategy and planning stakeholders
• Maintain consistent quality and brand standards across clients
• Collaborate with account and strategy teams to align creative with objectives, paid media, SEO
• Present concepts and storyboards to internal teams and clients as required
• Incorporate client feedback efficiently into revised creative direction
