Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Production/Manufacturing/Process Engineer focusing on efficiency.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, VSM) and/or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Proficiency in data analysis, SPC, and process simulation software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, equipment performance, and workflows to identify efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement Lean/Six Sigma based improvement strategies.
• Design new production methods, layouts, and workflows to boost throughput.
• Collaborate remotely with on-site teams to implement improvements.
• Use data analysis and statistical methods to track performance and identify root causes.
• Create SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for optimized processes.
• Lead virtual project teams to address bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies and best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on progress and findings.
• Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence across remote and on-site teams.
