Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Content Editor to join a partner company in Switzerland on a remote, part-time basis (~20 hours per week). You will edit raw UGC into high-performing paid social creatives for TikTok and Meta, refine hooks, pacing, and CTAs, and produce multiple variations for rapid testing.

Experience with Amazon imagery is a plus and your portfolio should demonstrate paid ads performance.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years editing short-form video for paid social platforms (TikTok/Meta).
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Proficient in Photoshop or Canva for static creatives.
• Strong direct-response storytelling, hooks, pacing and CTAs.
• Experience creating multiple variations of the same creative for testing.
• Able to transform raw UGC into polished ads for performance.
• Independent remote worker with clear communication and deadlines.
• Portfolio with paid ads performance data is highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Edit raw UGC into compelling 9:16 paid social ads for TikTok/Meta.
• Structure videos with strong hooks within the first 2–3 seconds.
• Add captions, overlays, and visual elements to strengthen messaging.
• Produce multiple variations to support performance testing.
• Maintain a premium, direct brand voice across assets.
• Create static Meta ads using Photoshop/Canva.
• Develop product-focused, benefit-led ad concepts.
• Write or refine concise ad copy, headlines, and CTAs.
• Edit Amazon listing imagery and A+ content as needed.
• Keep files organized and versioned for testing results.
• Use performance data to inform future iterations.
