Jobgether is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Designer for a partner company, based remotely. You will craft engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads, producing short-form video, motion graphics, thumbnails, and branded assets while balancing AI tools with human storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional experience creating social media content across multiple brands and projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong experience with After Effects for motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for visual design, branding, and production.
• Strong knowledge of AI content creation tools such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, Synthesia, CapCut, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into creative and technical content.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating social media content and design work.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualize, create, design, edit, and deliver social media content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Produce short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, motion graphics, static designs, thumbnails, advertising creatives, branded assets, and user-generated content-style videos.
• Develop compelling hooks, scripts, subtitles, visual concepts, and short-form storytelling approaches.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable tools and create motion graphics and animations using After Effects.
• Design branded visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other appropriate creative tools.
• Use artificial intelligence (AI) content creation tools to enhance productivity while maintaining authentic storytelling.
• Translate marketing requirements into creative concepts and executable content.
• Develop content for professional B2B audiences with a warm, accessible style.
• Create and adapt content for paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads creatives.
• Collaborate proactively with team members and stakeholders throughout the creative process.
• Continuously experiment with formats, approaches, and tools to improve quality and performance.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain quality, authenticity, consistency, and audience engagement across deliverables.
