Aufgaben

• Discover and vet creators on Instagram and TikTok using native platforms and discovery tools.
• Conduct personalized creator outreach and structured follow-up sequences.
• Maintain an organized creator pipeline by tracking communications, records, campaigns, and next steps in CRM systems.
• Coordinate creator collaborations end to end from outreach to publication.
• Ensure briefs, deadlines, tags, promo codes, and deliverables are understood by creators.
• Proactively follow up to maintain timelines and support on-time delivery.
• Track KPIs such as sourcing volume, outreach activity, response rates, partnerships, and content performance.
• Identify risks early and take corrective actions as needed.
• Contribute insights to improve marketing processes and workflows.
