Aleph is seeking a data‑driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to own and scale paid social acquisition. You will develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more while ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in performance marketing, deep e‑commerce experience, and fluency in German and English. The role offers remote work options and extensive training opportunities within a global team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience across multiple platforms.
• Fluent in German and English for enterprise clients in Austria.
• Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and others.
• Technical proficiency: pixel/tag setup, Conversion API, server‑side tracking.
• Experience with prospecting and retargeting campaigns; data‑driven optimization.

Aufgaben

• End‑to‑End Campaign Management for White Label campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and LinkedIn.
• Primary contact for White Label clients, identifying growth and upsell opportunities.
• Develop cross‑channel strategies and conduct structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Plan, execute and optimize prospecting and retargeting campaigns with clear attribution.
• Own tracking implementations and troubleshoot technical tracking issues independently.
• Provide insight‑driven reporting in German & English with concrete recommendations.
