Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a junior Graphic Designer based in Switzerland to join a monetisation-focused design team. You will produce paywalls, banners, illustrations, and app-store visuals, contributing to A/B testing and product growth in a production-focused role.

You will collaborate with a senior designer and product marketing teams, building within an established design system and using AI-powered tools to craft high-quality visuals across campaigns and formats.

Qualifikationen

• Junior-level commercial experience in graphic design with a portfolio.
• Formal education in art or design or completed relevant design courses.
• Proficient daily use of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to independently create and refine vector illustrations.
• Experience using AI tools to generate or enhance visual assets.
• Ability to interpret feedback and iterate to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Create high-quality graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywall screens and banners.
• Develop and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics within the design system.
• Design banners and visual materials for email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare app store and Google Play assets, including localised versions.
• Adapt assets across formats, dimensions, and A/B testing variations.
• Create Lottie animations for monetisation funnels and product experiences.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across all materials.
• Collaborate with senior designer and product marketing stakeholders.
• Iterate efficiently and meet project deadlines.
• Keep source files organised and follow guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing visuals.
