Jobgether SRL is seeking a flexible Event Marketing Manager (Part-Time, 24-32h/week) to own a diverse portfolio of events across Europe from a fully remote base in Switzerland. You will manage conferences, trade fairs, roundtables, webinars, and other digital experiences end-to-end—researching opportunities, budgeting, logistics, lead capture, and follow-up.

Partnering with Marketing, Sales and leadership, you will ensure events align with go-to-market priorities; travel is selective and on-site

Qualifikationen

• Professional proficiency in German and English.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple events.
• Self-starter with ability to own opportunities from booking to execution.
• Hands-on mentality for delivering all aspects of event delivery.
• Calm, adaptable, solution-oriented near event dates.
• Experience in event marketing, field marketing, or B2B/startup roles helpful.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Own the event calendar from research to post-event follow-up.
• Research HR, People, Mobility, and industry events across Europe.
• Coordinate timelines, vendors, booth logistics, and travel.
• Plan proprietary events including venue, invites, agendas, hosts.
• Lead webinars and digital programs with partners and customers.
• Drive attendance and generate leads with Sales handoffs.
• Prepare internal teams with briefings and materials.
• Represent the organization at events with prospects and partners.
• Align event activities with go-to-market priorities.
• Evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve.
