Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a .NET Developer based in Austria to contribute to development, maintenance, and support of reliable software in a remote-first environment.

You will use C# and .NET technologies to build web applications, APIs, and backend services, diagnose issues, and resolve production incidents with a focus on stability.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will participate in CI/CD, deployments, and performance improvements while documenting solutions and best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining C#/.NET applications.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting live production applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
• Experience using DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and support web APIs, backend services, and web applications.
• Investigate defects, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes.
• Provide production support and monitor application health.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Manage source control and deployments with Git/Azure DevOps.
• Participate in post-incident analysis and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Follow engineering best practices and maintain technical documentation.
