DL Remote is seeking a Senior Platform Architect in Klagenfurt to own backend architecture and API design for a mature core system and new applications. You will lead technical decisions, establish scalable infrastructure, and contribute to platform-wide DevOps practices in a hybrid setup.

The role requires multi-year backend or full-stack experience, strong OO language skills (Java, C#/.NET, Python), and a history of owning distributed systems. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Senior backend or full‑stack experience in a product environment.
• Proven OO language experience: Java, C#/.NET, or Python.
• Experience designing APIs and microservices in distributed systems.
• Good knowledge of containerization, CI/CD and DevOps workflows.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop resilient backend systems and API endpoints for our central platform.
• Define and substantiate technical architecture and design choices for upcoming system modules.
• Regularly improve, scale up, and tune current services alongside the core platform infrastructure.
• Integrate fresh functionalities into our proven legacy system utilizing neat and structured interfaces.
• Assume full technical responsibility for operational performance, reliability, and deployment processes in production.
• Serve as a key technical advisor in our growing Platform Team, guiding technical frameworks and methodologies from the very beginning.
