Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Austria is seeking an Application Programmer to modernize enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, AI-powered customer engagement, and IVR/chat capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting customer portals and related digital apps within an Agile/Scrum setting.

You will mentor developers, contribute to modernization efforts, and ensure high-quality delivery while working in a remote-first contract environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience building and maintaining Dynamics customer portals or comparable customer-facing applications.
• Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance capabilities.
• Proven ability to contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Experience mentoring developers and shaping development standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
• Build and maintain customer portals and related digital applications.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Implement customer service capabilities and AI-powered features.
• Contribute to integration with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI tools.
• Develop intelligent document processing and automation features.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and leadership to refine requirements and designs.
• Provide production support and issue resolution to maintain reliability.
• Mentor developers and promote coding standards and best practices.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and release notes.
