• We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to evaluate marketing spend, build attribution and reporting, and deliver insights that guide our channels.
• You'll shape processes from the ground up, collaborate closely with the marketing team, and bring structure where it's needed most.
• Turn data into game-changing insights by partnering with marketing teams to solve complex problems, uncover growth opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
• Own analytical projects end-to-end, from defining the right approach to delivering actionable insights and measuring impact.
• Get hands-on with data using SQL, Tableau, and various AI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize it while ensuring data integrity.
• Partner with marketing leaders across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO, Product Marketing and other teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with our Data Platform team to ensure data availability, improve analytical workflows and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including marketing channels and attribution concepts

Erfahrung

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, marketing analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in data visualization tools - we use Tableau, but experience with other tools works too
• Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools
• Extra points for: experience with Python or A/B testing experience
