Zusammenfassung

Hostinger is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to evaluate marketing spend, build attribution and reporting, and deliver insights that guide channels. You’ll shape processes from the ground up and partner with the marketing team to turn data into impactful decisions.

You’ll work hands-on with SQL, Tableau, and AI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data, ensuring data integrity while identifying growth opportunities across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, and SEO.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, marketing analyst or similar role
• Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models
• Proficiency in data visualization tools - Tableau, but experience with other tools works too
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including marketing channels and attribution concepts
• Strong business acumen – you can connect data and insights to business goals and translate them into impactful decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; translate data into insights for both technical and non-technical teams
• A results-driven mindset with high standards for analytical quality and speed of delivery
• Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools
• Extra points for: experience with Python or A/B testing experience

Compensation

Salary starting from €5,000 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
