Jobgether SRL seeks a Junior System Administrator (Monitoring Team) in Austria. You will respond to alerts, investigate issues with Grafana and Zabbix, and collaborate in a remote-first, distributed team.

After onboarding, you’ll own primary duty shifts and help maintain health and reliability of products and infrastructure. The role emphasizes Linux/Windows monitoring, incident response participation, and strict adherence to runbooks, with 5/2 rotating shifts and daily operations in a global

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in system administration or related technical role.
• Proficient Linux command line and SSH/VPN access.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools Grafana and Zabbix.
• Solid understanding of monitoring fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Monitor health and performance of products and infrastructure, handling ~150–250 alerts per shift.
• Investigate alerts using Grafana dashboards, Zabbix metrics, documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Resolve issues when possible or escalate to appropriate technical teams.
• Follow runbooks and procedures for first-level troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers and related infrastructure issues.
• Support senior admins and participate in incident response for major events.
• Take ownership of primary duty shifts after onboarding.
• Collaborate with a distributed international team across locations and time zones.
• Maintain accurate operational practices and diligently track alerts and follow-ups.
