Medtronic Austria is seeking a training and implementation specialist to support CathWorks CWX deployment across hospitals in Austria and Switzerland. You will coordinate initial training, shadow users, and help drive adoption in collaboration with local sales and HQ teams.

The role requires 4+ years in healthcare tech implementation, strong imaging knowledge, and travel up to 80% within Europe. Fluent German and English are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 4 years in CS/tech implementation within healthcare.
• Experience with imaging/angiograms and medical systems integration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver initial training for CathWorks CWX suite.
• Support early adoption with local Sales Representatives and WE HQ coordination.
• Conduct follow-up training as new tools are introduced.
• Train hospital staff to certify proficient CWX usage.
• Assist commercial teams with product presentations and demos.
• Provide train-the-trainer resources to hospital staff.
