Qualifikationen

• Customer-facing role with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Active participation in customer projects in the area of clinical systems.
• Develop product and process expertise in hospital information systems and clinical applications.
• Advise customers on configuration, process and application options for clinical systems.
• Develop and implement solution concepts in close collaboration with customers and project teams.
• Analyze requirements and perform configuration, customizing and solution-oriented development.
• Support testing, quality assurance and documentation.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer to customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate in the continuous development of our healthcare solutions.
