Zusammenfassung

AUSTRIA JUICE Group is seeking a dedicated key account manager to drive B2B sales of compound flavors across defined country groups and key accounts. You will manage strategic and operational activities, expand customer segments, and coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Production, and Quality Management.

Travel 25–50% domestically and internationally is expected. Fluent German and English are required, with a passion for FMCG and a proven record in flavor applications and commercial acumen.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in KAM, sales or applications management in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of flavors, sensory evaluation and application know-how.
• Commercial mindset with strong numerical skills and cost-benefit understanding.
• Fluency in German and English; willingness to travel 25%-50% domestically and internationally.

• B2B sales of compound flavors for existing and new customers.
• Independent, strategic and operational management of defined country groups and key accounts.
• Development of new customer segments and acquisition of new customers.
• Expansion of customer and product portfolio and strategic market development.
• Coordinate customer inquiries with R&D, Procurement, Production and Quality Management.
• Analyze and optimize customer and market potential at trade fairs and seminars.
• Manage and execute strategic customer projects.
