Zusammenfassung

Allocator One Group is seeking a meticulous Investment Controller to join its international fund platform. You will be the central hub for investment data, valuations and investor reporting, collaborating with investment, finance and IR teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role covers quarterly valuations, portfolio reporting, deal documentation and regulatory data with exposure to global fund structures in a remote-first setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–7 years in investment controlling, fund reporting or related fields.
• Knowledge of IPEV valuation guidelines and investor reporting.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end investor reporting: quarterly LP reports on time.
• Coordinate inputs from investment, finance, legal and IR teams.
• Maintain portfolio management tools and data quality.
• Monitor fund KPIs (TVPI, DPI, RVPI, IRR) at fund and portfolio levels.
• Manage investment contracts: term sheets, SPA, SHA and cap tables.
• Support regulatory filings (AIFMD) with fund finance.
