Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
• 3-7 years of professional experience in investment controlling or fund reporting.
• Solid knowledge of IPEV valuation guidelines and their practical application.
• Experience with investor reporting (LP quarterly reports, capital account statements).
• Understanding of fund structures, partnerships, and economics (waterfall, carried interest).
• Experience reading investment contracts (term sheets, SPA, SHA).
• Strong analytical skills and numerical fluency.

Aufgaben

• Valuation of portfolio investments per IPEV guidelines across fund vehicles (AT, DE, UK, US).
• Prepare FMV and supporting valuation materials; develop valuation policies.
• Provide valuation docs to auditors for annual audit.
