Zusammenfassung

Allocator One Group is hiring an Associate to build the engines behind our AI-first asset management approach. You will work directly with the founders, reporting to a Founding Partner, to automate workflows, develop market intelligence, and enhance the LP portal.

The role sits in a small team focused on emerging fund managers in private markets, with in-office positions in Vienna or London and travel for summits and LP/GP events. Strong English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong quantitative skills with ability to build and defend financial models.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to automate real work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus given Vienna base.

Aufgaben

• Identify workflows that can be automated and build the AI agents to do it.
• Build and defend the fund return models (MOIC, IRR, DPI, carry, fees).
• Turn deal flow into market intelligence and data-driven insights for LPs.
• Shape the LP portal to showcase portfolio, performance and market intelligence.
• Own LP relationships end to end: onboarding, due diligence, follow-ups.
