Qualifikationen

• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a meaningful plus; familiarity with EU or US fund structures.

Aufgaben

• Run the operational engine for a small portfolio of venture funds, handling onboarding, closings, capital calls, deal execution, and reporting end-to-end.
• Read and interpret legal documents to unblock tasks and provide precise, timely responses to LPs, GPs, and investors.
• Maintain live status overviews, track blockers, and feed learnings back to product and engineering.
