You will support the Sales team, run proofs of concepts, deliver technical demos, and train clients while aligning product capabilities with business value. Travel up to 30% and close collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with a business process or management application.
• Experience with a CPQ tool.
• Experience with a CRM, such as Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Assesses potential applications of products or services and offers solutions meeting customer needs.
• Drives Sales support, generates pipeline, and aids adoption from implementation to onboarding.
• Provides technical training to clients and communicates feedback for product development.
• Executes proof of concepts with prospects at technical and business levels to show value.
• Prepares and contributes to technical RFPs/RFQs.
• Acts as a key contact for cross-functional teams to share product knowledge.
