Job summary

ecosio, part of Vertex, Inc., seeks an experienced specialist to optimise e-invoicing and global EDI projects on our cloud platform. You will coordinate with partner companies, customers and suppliers, and act as the interface between customers' ERP systems and our SaaS solution.

Join our remote-first team in Austria to drive successful integrations, onboard new customers, and champion new tools and processes while maintaining strong communication across multilingual teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of work experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI.
• Experience integrating ERP interfaces based on XML, CSV and IDocs.
• Experience with EDI onboarding, EDI service providers and VANs.
• Knowledge of national e-invoicing mandates globally.
• Familiarity with EDI formats (XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, VDA) and protocols (AS2, OFTP2, PEPPOL).
• Excellent communication in English; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Optimise e-invoicing and global supply chains by planning, coordinating and implementing EDI/E-invoicing projects on our cloud platform.
• Communicate with partner companies, customers and suppliers worldwide.
• Interface between customers' ERP systems and ecosio's SaaS platform.
