Zusammenfassung

Storyblok is hiring a Documentation Engineer II to create and maintain product and training docs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and accuracy for both internal and external users.

You will write tutorials, guides, FAQs, and API docs, build sample apps, and mentor colleagues while advancing Storyblok's documentation standards in a fast-growing remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CMS in general; Headless CMS is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs. GraphQL APIs is a plus.
• Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework (Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte).
• Working knowledge of Git.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to learn and document technical topics efficiently with user perspective.
• Ability to work independently; AI literacy to leverage AI tools.

Aufgaben

• Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority for developers, partners, and customers.
• Help developers understand Storyblok by creating tutorials, guides, FAQs, and API docs.
• Write sample apps, prototypes, and code samples demonstrating Storyblok features.
• Assist teammates to overcome blockers and complete tasks.
• Mentor teammates with an open, respectful and empathetic approach.
