Zusammenfassung

Storyblok is seeking a developer relations professional to support and engage the developer community around Storyblok and headless CMS. You will help external developers overcome issues, create sample apps, and document workflows.

You will conduct workshops, craft tutorials, and deliver product demos to showcase Storyblok’s capabilities. You will monitor communities, contribute to open-source projects, and propose feature improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Experience with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs. GraphQL APIs is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework (Vue/React/Next/Nuxt/Astro/Svelte).
• Experience with public speaking.
• Experience with organizing meetups or other events.
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Good communication skills across departments.
• You are confident, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to growth.
• Demonstrates AI literacy to leverage AI tools.

Aufgaben

• Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority, helping developers, partner agencies and customers understand Storyblok and its capabilities.
• Conduct workshops, write tutorials and documentation, attend webinars, record instructional videos, and give product demos.
• Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples to showcase Storyblok and headless CMS.
• Identify and document missing pieces and technical issues in Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services.
• Help external developers overcome missing functionalities or issues.
• Contribute code updates and bug fixes to Storyblok's public open-source projects.
• Propose new or enhanced features based on feedback from customers and community.
• Monitor, engage with and support the Storyblok community on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
• Represent Storyblok at events and lead booths.
