You will mentor other PMs, set standards for measurement, and communicate with executives, customers, and analysts.
Qualifikationen
- A degree in engineering, product, or something related
- 8+ years in product management, at least 3 on technical or developer-facing products
- Hands-on experience with developer tools or platform products
- Experience owning a whole product area, not single features
- Demonstrated technical fluency and the ability to read API docs
- Track record of a multi-year vision and shipped results, including a company-level bet
Aufgaben
- Set the multi-year vision and own the roadmap for a key product area
- Decide what gets built and explain why, bringing new bets to the executive team
- Lead discovery, decide what to investigate, and spot market shifts
- Treat docs, errors, and the MACH ecosystem as part of the product
- Build business cases and define release standards across the company
- Manage stakeholders and communicate priorities to executives and analysts
- Mentor across the product team and shape product culture
- Collaborate with design and engineering from research to launch
- Write internal docs and write the product narrative for external audiences
