Zusammenfassung

Storyblok is seeking a Documentation Engineer II to create and maintain comprehensive product, process, and training documentation. You will collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and effective support for users.

The role emphasizes explaining complex topics clearly and building helpful guides for developers and customers. You will craft tutorials, guides, and API references, while contributing sample code and prototypes to illustrate Storyblok’s headless CMS capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CMS; Headless CMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, Svelte).
• Git knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority, helping developers, partner agencies, and customers understand Storyblok and its capabilities.
• Create and maintain developer tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation.
• Write sample apps, prototypes, and code samples to demonstrate Storyblok and headless CMS benefits.
• Assist teammates in overcoming obstacles and blockers.
• Mentor teammates with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
