Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced delivery leader to helm end-to-end card issuing implementations across international clients. You will coordinate technical onboarding, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time go-lives and post-launch support.

The role emphasizes ownership, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder communication in a remote, distributed setup with global time zones.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in implementation, project management or client delivery in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on card issuing knowledge: BIN structures, lifecycle events, issuer concepts.
• Understanding of platform configuration, integrations and go-live dependencies.
• Experience with REST APIs and technical onboarding processes.
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end card issuing implementations from planning to closure.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks, and issue tracking.
• Be primary client contact, updating progress across stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support.
• Guide configuration, BIN ranges, product codes, and authorization parameters.
• Oversee API onboarding, environments, and access control.
• Manage dependencies with BIN sponsors, card schemes, and vendors.
• Lead UAT with test plans, defect tracking, and sign-offs.
• Coordinate go-live readiness, cutover, and hypercare.
• Ensure PCI DSS, SCA/PSD2, and card network rule compliance, with audit-ready documentation.
