Zusammenfassung

Looom GmbH seeks a skilled CAD/BIM Drafter to join our team in Austria. You will create precise 2D as-built plans and 3D/BIM models from point clouds, and model using Revit, AutoCAD and Archicad to defined specifications for projects across architecture and industry.

You will perform quality checks, export-ready formats (IFC, DWG, DXF), and coordinate with surveying, project management and clients to ensure data accuracy and project success.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in construction, architecture, surveying or similar.
• Confident with Revit and/or AutoCAD; point-cloud experience is an advantage.
• Spatial imagination and an eye for clean, structured models.
• Accurate, independent way of working with precision in details.
• Excellent German; English an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Create 2D as-built plans and 3D/BIM models from point clouds (scan-to-BIM/scan-to-plan).
• Model in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Archicad to defined LOD/LOI specs.
• Quality assurance and plausibility checks of geometry against the capture data.
• Prepare models for IFC, DWG and DXF export formatting.
• Coordinate closely with surveying, project management and clients.
