Zusammenfassung

ZAUNERGROUP Holding GmbH seeks a motivated BIM Coordinator / HVAC Designer to lead the coordination and development of BIM models for complex HVAC and plant engineering in data center projects. You will ensure alignment between P&IDs and BIM, and deliver piping isometrics and fabrication drawings using Autodesk Revit.

The role requires completed technical education in mechanical/building services engineering or a comparable field, plus hands-on experience in plant construction design.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, building services engineering or a comparable field.
• Experience in design or planning within plant construction is required.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit (or willingness to learn) and BIM processes is essential.

Aufgaben

• Design and planning of piping systems, steel structures, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning for data center projects.
• Creation, maintenance, and coordination of 3D BIM models; ensure consistency between P&IDs and BIM models.
• Prepare piping isometrics and fabrication/installation drawings.
• Coordinate models with internal teams and external partners; perform clash detection and model checks.
