Carhartt Work in Progress Vienna showroom is seeking a Retail Manager (m/f/x) for Austria, Switzerland and Poland. You will directly manage Store Managers, recruit, train, coach, and support daily operations across multiple stores.

You will set strategic objectives, analyse KPIs, and use data-driven insights to lift sales and efficiency. Travel internationally as needed, collaborate with HR, Finance, VM, and merchandising, and act as brand ambassador to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in retail (multi-site) with ability to optimise operations.
Strategic leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Deep knowledge of brand and market trends.
Customer-centric mindset focused on shopping experience.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Fluency in German and English.

Responsabilités

Direct management of all Store Managers, including recruitment and coaching.
Define and implement strategic objectives for Store Managers to drive performance.
Analyse KPIs to refine strategies, lift sales and improve efficiency.
Attend field visits and monitor inventory with action plans.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, VM and other departments to align goals.
