Job summary

Carhartt WIP, part of the WIP Trading AG, is seeking a Retail Manager (m/f/x) for Austria, Switzerland and Poland to lead our Vienna showroom operations. You will direct Store Managers, drive sales and ensure a superior shopping experience across multiple markets.

The role requires strong retail leadership, excellent communication in German and English, travel readiness, and a passion for the Carhartt brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail (multi-site) with ability to optimise operations and boost sales.
• Strategic leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong brand knowledge and market-trend awareness.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of all Store Managers including recruitment, training and coaching.
• Set strategic objectives for Store Managers and track KPIs.
• Analyse retail KPIs to optimise sales and store efficiency.
• Support openings, renovations and project roll-outs in the area.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising.
• Represent the brand as ambassador to customers and partners.
